We are seeking a creative, organised, and dedicated Video Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about video production and are looking to grow and develop their skills within a thriving creative environment.

As a Video Production Assistant, your responsibilities will involve providing support across a wide range of video projects, ensuring smooth operation of the pre-production, production, and post-production processes. From assisting with planning and scheduling, equipment management, filming and editing, to the distribution of finalised content, you’ll play an integral part in our creative operations.

Key attributes required for this role:

  1. Creativity: The ability to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to the production process.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software.
  3. Organisational Skills: Capability to effectively manage timelines, resources, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Attention to Detail: Ensuring high production values by spotting and rectifying issues before and during filming.
  5. Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team, taking on feedback and contributing positively.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying ideas and liaising with clients and team members.
  7. Problem-solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting technical or logistical issues that may arise during production.
  8. Adaptability: The ability to remain flexible and effectively cope with sudden changes in a production environment.
  9. Initiative: Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently and taking on tasks without direct supervision.
